Description
Sourdough pizza dough in ~280 gram balls. Great for 12″ thin crust pizzas.
*Local pick up only, keep refrigerated until use.
Pizza Baking Process
- Preheat your pizza stone in oven to (500 – 550F).
- Roll out your pizza dough (nice and thin) on parchment paper. (You will likely need to add flour to your working surface etc. to properly work the dough.)
- Load up your pizza with your choice of sauce and toppings.
- Slide your pizza (with the parchment paper) on to your pizza peel then slide the pizza and parchment paper on to your preheated stone.
- Bake for 8-15 minutes until the crust is crisp (to your liking).
- With your peel, remove from the oven and stone.
- Let cool for as long a needed
- Slice and enjoy.
*Keep some real honey handy to enjoy with the edges of your crust.
Simple and Healthy
We are quite obsessed with healthy foods and high-quality ingredients. We use only the following:
- Organic all-purpose flour,
- Organic bread flour,
- Water (filtered though an Alexa-pure Pro filtration system), and
- High-quality salt.
As you know we really enjoy our sourdough bread and have it just about every day. We use the same dough for our pizza dough. We use it to make fantastic 12″ thin crust pizzas along with a variety of other treats too. We love it and we think you will too.
