Bread

Classic sourdough bread made with 3 ingredients; organic flour, water (filtered), and salt. ~800gram loaves for $11 each ($6 half loaf)

Treats

Cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins and more, offered occasionally and by special order. The image above will have an active link when we have treats available.

Pizza Dough

Sourdough pizza dough in 280 gram balls of our sourdough bread dough. Great for 12″ thin crust pizzas! $5 each

Starter

Dehydrated starter with instructions for starter activation and process and recipe for making your own bread. $5 per kit

Availability for Pickup

Bread, pizza dough, and starter will be available for pickup on a limited number of days on any given week. (You can order starter for shipment and delivery based upon the USPS schedule.)

You will choose your pickup day from available days when you order. The adjacent calendar gives you a guide to our schedule.

If you have a special request, with respect to schedule, send us an email, tell us what you would like to do and we will try to accommodate you if we can.

About

Welcome

We are the Palazzo family, your Littleton neighbors. We began baking our own sourdough bread more than 5 years ago. We did that in the hope of adding a healthy and delicious food to our diet. We absolutely loved the results, and so did many of our friends and family members. Today we bake small batches of sourdough bread 1 to 3 days per week and make many of those loaves available for purchase and porch-pickup.

Simple and Healthy

We are quite obsessed with healthy foods and high-quality ingredients. For our bread, we use only the following:

Organic all-purpose flour,
Organic bread flour,
Water (filtered though an Alexa-pure Pro filtration system), and
High-quality salt.

We really enjoy our sourdough bread and have it just about every day. It’s also great for pizza dough. We make a variety of other treats too with our starter, including: pancakes, cinnamon rolls, scones and many more. We love it and we think you will too.
